I called K & M Suzuki to ask a couple of questions about the car and I have to say I was very impressed with the knowledge the salesperson provided me about the car I was inquiring about. I was also impressed with the customer service provided. I did not feel rushed or pressured in making a decision right away. They were very patient with me.
I live in Seattle and I was not able to view the car from the lot. I had to do everything online and/or over the phone. I ended up purchasing the vehicle over the phone. Because I live out of state, I had to have my car shipped to Seattle. K & M Suzuki handled ALL of the paperwork and delivery for me. All I had to was meet the truck driver and pick up my new car. Now that is 5-star Customer Service. K & M Suzuki is my preferred dealership.
